Gary is a retired solicitor with over 40 years’ experience in residential development in the East Midlands and nationally, having acted for regional and national house builders, housing associations, promoters and land owners in selling, acquiring and developing greenfield and brownfield land for residential development ranging in scale from small local sites to large urban extensions.

Donna is a qualified accountant with a broad experience base. She has worked in various roles within the NHS, Audit Commission, NAO and most recently in the SME sector. She has over ten years experience working as a financial regulator for the Tenants' Services Authority (now Regulator of Social Housing), and has recently retrained as a financial advisor.

Company Secretary for NCHA and Pelham Homes. Experience of senior finance and governance roles within the registered provider housing association sector. Is an independent member of the Audit and Risk Committee at Citizen Housing.

Paul Adams

Paul Adams
Paul brings over 20 years board experience from a number of forward thinking, world class PLCs in the construction, automotive and electronics sectors. He has shaped successful and sustainable strategies including organisational design and building partnerships. Recently retired, he mentors survivors of modern slavery with the Salvation Army, and helped to establish a drop-in centre for them in Nottingham.
