Award-winning standards at Baxter Green

We're delighted to share that MyPad and Pelham Homes were presented with a prestigious LABC Bricks Site Recognition Award earlier this week in recognition of the exceptional standards being achieved at Baxter Green, Bramcote.

Baxter Green is a partnership development between Pelham Homes and MyPad, delivering 25 luxury homes, including apartments and family houses, in this sought-after Nottinghamshire location.

During the presentation, LABC explained that only a limited number of these awards have been achieved across the country in recent months, making this a significant and highly respected achievement.

This recognition reflects the dedication, craftsmanship and attention to detail demonstrated by everyone involved in the project and highlights the high standards that both Pelham Homes and MyPad are committed to delivering.

An additional honour is that this award makes our Site Manager, Warren, eligible to be put forward for the national LABC award next year, a fantastic achievement and well-deserved recognition of his commitment to quality.

Congratulations to Warren and the wider team. We're proud to be working together at Baxter Green and look forward to seeing the development continue to flourish.
